After your completed questionnaire (sent within 4 hours of payment), you’ll receive the initial plan draft within 10 business days (±5 days). Once you approve it, the final PDF with booking links arrives within 7 business days (±5 days).​

Travel planning fees are non-refundable, but you can reschedule the Travel Companion Add-On with a 10% fee, subject to availability. One itinerary revision is included; additional changes cost £45/hour, and destination changes aren’t allowed post-agreement.​

What are my responsibilities as a client?
You’re responsible for booking flights, accommodations, and activities using the full day-by-day plan PDF with links and guide contacts- making it super easy, with guides pre-notified. You must also sort visas and vaccinations, while I can assist but don’t handle payments or bookings, per our terms, simplifying your journey.
