Once your payment is received, you’ll get a detailed questionnaire within 4 hours to capture your travel preferences, interests, and goals. The more information you provide, the better I can tailor your plan. This ensures every aspect of your getaway matches your desires.

Before we dive into bookings, we’ll craft the ideal route. Whether it’s a single destination or multi-stop, we’ll design a tailored journey that works perfectly for your 22+ days adventure.

Experience & Attractions Selection
You'll receive a carefully curated list of 14-18 attractions and 8-12 unique experiences to choose from for first 21 days.
For each day beyond 22, you will receive 1 attraction per day based on your needs/wants.
Based on your interests, pick the experiences that excite you the most!

Flight Research & Strategy
Based on your preferences, I'll research flight options and provide booking tips for a smooth travel experience. You choose your flight strategy:

For each day beyond 22, you will receive up to 2 additional accommodations per day depending on location/logistics.​

Transfers
I’ll assist with arranging airport transfers and local transportation. Whether you need private transfers, shared shuttles, or public transport options, I’ll help make your travel as smooth as possible.

Visa, Vaccination, & Insurance Information
Before finalizing your plan, I'll address any visa requirements, vaccination requirements, and insurance options. I’ll provide the necessary details based on your destinations so that you’re well-prepared well ahead of time.

You get one opportunity to review your initial plan and request adjustments to ensure it's perfect for you.
Final Travel Preparation Package and Detailed PDF Plan​
Once your plan is finalized and accepted, you'll receive a comprehensive, detailed, and easy-to-follow day to day PDF plan document outlining your entire Untamed Horizon itinerary, with all necessary links to book your flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities directly.
